BackUp Application and ScreenSaver are a result of internal development by LARA-A to perform backups from their documents to servers and/or secondary drives. This software sets up backup folders with subfolders for preserved historical situations of the original folders.
Backups are performed by user request using the Application or automatically during idle time by the ScreenSaver.
Resulting backup folders can be browsed and completely or partially restored using the finder. Only files that have changed since last backup are copied to the backup folders thus saving lots of time, bandwidth and disk space.
Version 0.9 of this software can be installed with a ".dmg" package that is free to download from this site (1.1 MB).

This software works on any Macintosh with at least a PowerPC G3 processor and at least Mac OS X Jaguar (X.2).

Current version is freeware, it can be copied and installed freely as long as no modifications are made to the software and distribution always consists of the unmodified package as delivered by LARA-A. All rights are reserved by LARA-A.
